We get this question from time to time, and we understand that it’s frustrating to drive to a storefront only to find it closed.
That’s why we do our best to put “by appointment only” everywhere we can – including on our website, Google, and Yelp. Unfortunately, Google and Yelp do not allow special hour descriptions, so it’s in the additional information and easy to miss.
The answer to this question is simple though – it saves our customers money. If Sixx doesn’t need to come to you, that saves you the service call. For instance, if you need a duplicate car fob.
As to why there isn’t someone at the shop all day every day, Pixx by Sixx is for the most part a one-man show. Sixx is usually in the field, and Heather handles the books but also works elsewhere full-time.
So while you may not be able to drop in any time, we hope you’ll have some patience with us by calling ahead to schedule. We appreciate you Tucson!
